- অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টি কনফার্ম না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
- অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টি uniqueflix.com – ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যার্থ হলে সম্পূর্ন অর্থ ক্রেতাকে রিফান্ড করে দেয়া হবে।
- অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি যদি uniqueflix.com – টেকিয়ান.কম এ উল্লিখিত বিবরণের সাথে অসামাঞ্জস্যতা থাকে তাহলে সম্পূর্ন অর্থ ক্রেতাকে রিফান্ড করে দেয়া হবে।
- অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি নিদিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর, রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন এর জন্য আবেদন করা যাবেনা।
- ক্রেতা যদি রিফান্ডের জন্য বিবেচিত হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার করার সময় হতে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য uniqueflix.com – টেকিয়ান.কম এ আবেদন করতে হবে।
- ক্রেতার কারনে রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন হলে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ফি / চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
- uniqueflix.com – এর ডেলিভারি , উল্লিখিত পন্যের বিবরণের সাথে অসামাঞ্জস্যতা কারনে রিফান্ড হলে তা uniqueflix.com – টেকিয়ান.কম বহন করবে।
- রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Delivery, Return, and Refund Policy
- The ordered product will be delivered within 24 hours maximum from the order time and day through the customer’s email.
- The product can be changed until the ordered product is confirmed.
- If Techiyan.com fails to deliver the ordered product, the full amount will be refunded to the buyer.
- If the product ordered does not match the description mentioned on Techiyan.com, the full amount will be refunded to the buyer.
- Once the ordered product has been successfully delivered within the specified time frame, no refund or return can be applied for.
- If the buyer is considered for a refund, the refund must be applied to Techiyan.com within 24 hours from the time of ordering.
- In case of a refund or return due to the buyer, the fee/charge for the refund should be borne by the buyer.
- Uniqueflix.com’s delivery, refunds due to non-conformity with the specified product description will be borne by uniqueflix.com.
- 7 to 10 working days will be applicable for a refund.
